What if I received a defective product?

For lighting products, you must notify us within 5 business days of the delivery date of the order and the item(s) will be replaced at no charge or we’ll issue a refund.

For thermostats, you can report a defective or damaged unit directly with the manufacturer and they will send a no cost replacement.
